This agreement covers the “Zencore Dynamics QuickBooks app” (the “App”), a private
connection between Zencore Dynamics Ltd.’s business tools and its own QuickBooks
Online company.

 1.  **Who can use it.** The App is built for, and only licensed to, Zencore Dynamics
     Ltd. and the people it authorizes. It isn’t sold, listed or offered to other businesses
     or the public.
 2.  **What it does.** With permission given through Intuit’s sign-in, the App reads
     and updates accounting records in Zencore Dynamics’ QuickBooks company, such as
     customers, estimates and invoices.
 3.  **Connecting and disconnecting.** Access is granted through Intuit’s secure sign-
     in. It can be removed at any time from QuickBooks (Settings > Apps) or from the
     App’s disconnect page. Once disconnected, the App can’t reach the QuickBooks company
     until it’s reconnected.
 4.  **Data.** The App only uses QuickBooks data for Zencore Dynamics’ own bookkeeping
     and operations. How personal information is handled is set out in our Privacy 
     Policy at http://qg1.ec2.mytemp.website/privacy-policy/.
 5.  **No warranty.** The App is provided “as is”. Zencore Dynamics Ltd. is responsible
     for checking its own accounting records.
 6.  **Limitation of liability.** To the extent the law allows, Zencore Dynamics Ltd.
     isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App.
 7.  **Intuit.** QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. The App isn’t made or endorsed
     by Intuit. Use of QuickBooks is also governed by Intuit’s terms.
 8.  **Changes and ending.** We can change or stop the App at any time. Continued use
     after a change means the updated terms apply.
 9.  **Law.** This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal
     laws of Canada that apply there.
