# Heating service and installation on Bowen Island

There’s no piped natural gas on Bowen, so homes heat with electricity, propane,
oil or wood. That makes a heat pump one of the best upgrades you can make here,
and we’ve installed and serviced several on the island.

## Island jobs, planned properly

We plan Bowen jobs around the ferry: parts staged, the right fittings on the truck,
and fewer trips. Maintenance visits for several Bowen clients can be grouped on
the same day, which keeps costs down.
