# Wine cellar cooling and refrigeration

A wine cellar needs steady temperature and humidity, year after year. When the cooling
unit struggles, you can lose a collection that took decades to build.

Michael is a Red Seal refrigeration mechanic who spent years servicing commercial
refrigeration in clean rooms, food processing plants, data centres and restaurants,
and then taught refrigeration at BCIT for five years. We bring that same standard
to wine cellars and specialty cooling.
