Mechanical design
Heat loss calculations, equipment sizing, piping layouts and schematics for homes, multi-family and small commercial projects. Michael is a TECA-certified HVAC and hydronics designer, and we design for other contractors and builders as well as our own installs.
Controls and automation
Most comfort problems we see are control problems. We set up and fix thermostats, zoning, outdoor reset, heat pump and boiler staging, and remote monitoring, including custom controls for systems that didn’t come with good ones.
Gas lines and fire features
Gas piping for BBQs, fire bowls, fire pits, pizza ovens and new appliances. Permitted and inspected.
Lighting and PLC work
We’ve done LED lighting and PLC control projects for commercial clients and take these on selectively. Ask if you have one.
