Geothermal systems are excellent when they’re set up right, and frustrating and expensive when they’re not. Plenty of systems on the North Shore and around the Tri-Cities were installed years ago, never properly commissioned, or left without anyone who knows how to look after them. That’s where we come in.
What we do

- Loop pressure, flow and temperature checks
- Glycol testing, flush and refill
- Controls upgrades and custom controls, so the system runs the way it should
- Heat pump replacement inside an existing system, reusing the ground loop
- Annual maintenance
